British Priest Campaigns to Free Cuban 5

Havana, Nov 27 (Prensa Latina) British Anglican Priest Geoffrey Dennis Monday announced here a campaign in Great Britain, headed to the delivery of Christmas postcards to the government of United States, with a complaint for the five heroes' freedom.
The messages will be addressed to US Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, and to Secretary of State Condolezza Rice, to whom he will demand Gerardo Hernandez, Rene Gonzalez, Antonio Guerrero, Ramon Labañino and Fernando Gonzalez liberation, Bottoms pointed out.
He said that postcards will be also sent to the Cuban Five, to wish them a happy Christmas and to encourage them to trust in the solidarity movement it´s being carried out on their cause.
This is one of the actions planned in Great Britain, in the new international campaign in support of the Cuban Five, planned for December 12-27, which will continue in 2007 in that country.
Bottoms announced a book of his authorship is in process of elaboration, which will talk about the legal process given to them since Britain perspective , and will contain a legal analysis with articles signed by him in London media.
He released the possibility of an imminent resolution from Britain Union Confederation in favor of the antiterrorist Cuban Five, and the elaboration of a script for a theater play based on this case.
The religious man commented his most recent visit to Gerardo Hernandez and Ramon Labañino prison, who he said, are convinced and sure on the running process of appeal that is going on in Atlanta Court of Appeal and they sent a message to Cuban people of unity around the Revolution and Fidel Castro.
Bottoms is one of the respectable celebrities in Britain, that heads Solidarity Campaign with Cuba since 1994 and currently chairs friendship subsidiaries in the cities of Preston and Fylde.
