Buenos Aires, Jul 23 (Prensa Latina) The participation of Argentinean children and youth stood out in two events for the liberation of the Five Cuban antiterrorists imprisoned in United States, under the slogan Justice must prevail forever.

Orestes Hernandez, first press secretary of the Cuban diplomatic mission in Buenos Aires praised the response of different Argentinean sectors to those events in the island that allowed people from all over the world to know about the injustice committed with the Five.

"Argentina had 64 attendants to the International Children's Contest, in Defense of Peace, that was held in Havana last June and three of them were awarded," revealed Martha Speroni, member of the Argentinean Committee for the Release of the Cuban Five.

The also president of the Argentinean-Cuban Friendship House of Lanus noted that from that total, 48 are members of the Short Pants Civil Association that hopes to protect children at risk and their families.

The event, encouraged by the International Committee for the Release of the Cuban Five and the Abel Santamaria Museum, received 662 works from 16 nations in which the common factor was children's hope to live in a world of harmony and justice, among others.
