A message from the Cuban Five on the execution of Troy Davis ‘Another terrible injustice’ Sept. 23, 2011 The message below was sent by Ramón Labañino on behalf of the Cuban Five.
We feel deeply the horrific execution of Troy Davis. It is another terrible injustice and stain on the history of this country. We join in the pain felt by his relatives, friends and brothers across the world. Now we have another cause, another flag, to pursue our struggle for a better world for all, free of the death penalty and barbarism. Envían los Cinco mensaje por la ejecución de Troy Davis: Otra terrible injusticia 23 de septiembere de 2011 El siguiente mensaje fue enviado por Ramón Labañino, en nombre de los Cinco Cubanos. Hermanos y hermanas: Hemos sentido profundamente la horrible ejecución de Troy Davis. Es otra terrible injusticia que mancha en la historia de este país. Nos unimos al dolor de sus familiares, amigos y hermanos de todo el mundo. Ahora tenemos otra causa, otra bandera, para continuar nuestra lucha por un mundo mejor para todos, libre de la pena de muerte y de la barbarie.
